Your measurements stay in the page
Last updated: October 4, 2026.
GravelSum calculates in your browser. The site does not create user accounts, submit calculator values to a server, or store project values in cookies or local browser storage.
Analytics, advertising, and voluntary support
GravelSum displays Adsterra banners on tool and guide pages. Adsterra and its advertising partners may use cookies or similar technologies and process routine request data, such as IP address, browser or device details, the page URL, and ad views or interactions, to deliver and measure ads. We do not include calculator values in the ad configuration. See Adsterra’s privacy policy. Advertising is excluded from printed checklists. Tool-use analytics are described below. Cloudflare also provides basic site measurement under its own privacy notice. Support GravelSum buttons load a Ko-fi script and cup icon plus a Google font supplied by Ko-fi. These requests can disclose routine request information to those providers. GravelSum does not send calculator values to the button. Selecting a button opens Ko-fi in a new tab, where Ko-fi handles payment and related data under its privacy policy. Support is optional and does not change access to the calculator or guides.
Site analytics
We measure pages visited, broad referral sources, language, tool actions and active page time to improve the site. We use a random temporary identifier in the current tab. We do not collect names, measurements, prices or copied summaries, file contents or URL query parameters through these analytics.
We respect your browser’s Global Privacy Control signal.
There is currently no automatic deletion schedule for analytics records. Contact us below with questions or deletion requests. Cloudflare helps process these analytics. Other services are described separately on this page.
Hosting logs
The hosting and security provider may process standard request data such as IP address, requested URL, browser information, timestamps, and security events to deliver and protect the site. Retention and access depend on the host configuration.
